This Privacy Policy describes how Deep Conversations ("we", "us", or the "App") handles information when you use our mobile app. Deep Conversations is a freemium question-card app. By using the App, you agree to this policy.
We do not operate user accounts and we do not collect personal data on our own servers. Most information stays on your device. We do not use in-app analytics, advertising SDKs, or crash-reporting tools in the current version of the App.
The App saves a small amount of data locally so it can work offline and remember your preferences. This includes:
The App does not ask you to create an account and does not send your favorites, progress, or card activity to us. We do not collect your name, email, phone number, contacts, photos, precise location, or browsing history through the App.
Deep+ subscriptions and free trials are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play. We do not receive or store your payment card details. The store handles billing, receipts, renewals, and refunds according to its own terms. The App checks subscription status through the store so premium packs can unlock.
When you share a card, the image is created on your device and sent only through the share destination you choose, such as Messages or Instagram. We do not receive a copy of what you share.
The App relies on platform services to function. These services may process information under their own privacy policies, including:
If you email us at privacy@deepconversations.app or support@deepconversations.app, we receive whatever information you choose to include in your message so we can respond. We use that information only to handle your request.
The App is intended for adults 18 and older. It includes mature relationship and conversation topics. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.
Because most App data stays on your device, you can remove it by deleting the App. Subscription management remains available through your Apple ID or Google account settings.
You can clear local App data by deleting and reinstalling the App. You can manage or cancel Deep+ in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings, and use Restore Purchases inside the App when switching devices.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date shown in the App and on this page. Continued use of the App after an update means you accept the revised policy.
This Privacy Policy is effective as of July 28, 2026.
